🎯 GOAL #1 – Hit $10M in Revenue at Youngry
The agency grew fast in 2025. This year, it’s time to cross the $10M mark. That number isn’t just about scale—it proves we’ve built something durable, team-first, and made to last. This goal is about systems, not just sales. Elevating the team. Optimizing ops. Making every win compound. Not chasing. Building.

🍼 GOAL #2 – Be a Present, Loving Dad and Husband
This one’s everything. Being a founder is demanding—but being a dad and husband is the job I will not fail. My son and wife deserve my full presence, not leftovers. I want to be in it—fully engaged, fully there. The businesses will grow, but I’ll never get this version of my family back.

📘 GOAL #3 – Launch My Z to A Method Book
I’ve been reverse-engineering brands and systems for a decade—starting at the outcome, then building backward. This book isn’t just strategy—it’s the battle-tested Z to A roadmap for people building brands and lives that can handle pressure. 2026 is the year I finally publish.

🎨 GOAL #4 – Pick Up a New Hobby
Not every goal has to be a KPI. This one’s about joy. I don’t know what it’ll be yet—maybe painting, maybe piano, maybe something weird. But it’s mine. No monetizing. No pressure. Just learning, exploring, and giving myself space to play again.

✈️ GOAL #5 – Take Two Real Vacations With My Family
Not conferences with beach views. Not “working from a resort.” I mean real, phone-off family time. Maybe Hawaii. Maybe somewhere spontaneous. But it’s happening. Twice. Because rest is strategy—and presence is power.

💪 GOAL #6 – Get in the Best Shape of My Life
This one’s overdue. I’ve helped brands grow and teams scale—while letting my own health fall off. 2026 is the year I get it back. Peptides. Nutrition. Clinicians. Gym. Recovery. No fluff. Just consistent work. Body and mind, aligned.
