Panelists Amy Spitalnick, CEO of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, Professor Kathleen Blee, Distinguished Professor of Sociology at the University of Pittsburgh, and Pastor Tim Smith, Pastor of the Keystone Church of Hazelwood and CEO of Center of Life, provided a powerful discussion exploring the rising threat of Christian Nationalism. Along with our moderator, Maria Carson, Director of Jewish Education and Arts, Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, the panel examined how Christian Nationalism intersects with antisemitism and undermines the principles of religious freedom that are fundamental to our American democracy and to the wellbeing and safety of us all.

This webinar is part of the Jewish Women and Religious Freedom in Pittsburgh project of the Society for Humanistic Judaism's pluralistic social justice initiative Jews for a Secular Democracy, and is generously supported by the Jewish Women's Foundation of Greater Pittsburgh.
