Ingredients :

350 gms Boneless Chicken (preferable thigh portion, cut into cube size)
(If using frozen chicken, thaw it well and please see that there is no water content in the chicken)

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
A small piece (5 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
30 gms Garlic (finely chopped)
2 nos. Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 large (40 gms) Spring Onion Bulb (finely chopped)
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
½ tsp Sugar
75 gms Carrots (sliced into semi-circle)
100 gms Onion Petals
75 gms Green Bell Peppers (cut into cubes)
75 gms Red Bell Peppers (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Vinegar (or as per taste)
A handful of Spring Onion Greens (chopped)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
