An overview of the Mods that are going to be used in the upcoming Darkest Dungeon Estate. Going over kind of what to expect in the upcoming episodes; as well as how to use this mod list if anyone wants to use it themselves.
Kind of explains some of the bugs that may happen during gameplay, things you may need to remove in chunks if you remove anything, and potential conflicts.
Also explains all the fixes I know for the bugs I've encountered, if I know a fix for them; and potential causes for them. These mods can be finicky, Load order is a thing, so there may have been a mistake, and with this many mods, there's bound to be a few conflicts.

And yes, because of the scope of the mods on here. You will need ALL of the DLC for Darkest Dungeon. Some of the mods will not work without them.

A bit into the season - there was an issue that caused the estate to be unstable. I had to trim a few mods. The new list is below.
