TCM Jet Wash Drives: Path and patio cleaning in Northampton, Northamptonshire: We had two block paved paths at the front of the property to clean and re-sand, one long path that led to the back of the property, a large block paved patio area and a small area in the corner.

Weeds had taken over the paths and patio and all were covered in Algae, moss, lichen, black spot and white spot. At first we pre cleaned all the areas and brushed in a chemical to help us removed the moss, algae, lichen and black and white spots. Once the chemical had time to work, we got to work on the back garden first and then made our way out the front, ensuring to clean up any window, wall and fence splashes as we went.

After making our way around the front, both areas were then cleaned, again we washed the area free from any splashes and left it to dry as we can not brush in kiln dried sand until the area was completely dry.

The next morning we applied weed killer to the blocks and joints and whilst this was drying, we again cleaned the windows, doors and car and brushed away any debris ready for the kiln dried sand.

When everything was dry we brushed kind dried sand into the joints of the blocks and the lady came out and said how pleased she was with the job.
