Bourgeois Custom OM - Italian Spruce/Figured Mahogany (2012)

This wonderful, warm and exceptionally toneful pre-owned instrument is a custom OM from Bourgeois guitars. The woods are spectacular, with a golden Italian spruce that has just a hint of bear claw and beautifully figured mahogany. The bracing is Adirondack, constructed with hide glue. The guitar is dressed up with cocobolo bindings on the body, neck, heel cap and headstock, a cocobolo rosette, and snakewood tuning buttons on its nickel Waverly tuners. The tone of this guitar grabs you from the first note - exceptionally warm, responsive and musical, with thick and sweet trebles, satisfying bass and great balance. The string spacing allows it to excel in finger style playing, but it handles a flat pick with ease.
