Willie DeVille wrote this cool song with Doc Pompus and it ws featured, OK, maybe not "featured" but it was in one of my all-time favorite movies The Pope of Greenwich Village. An obviously stoned Charlie and Diane are hanging out in a Little Italy park-the place where I first saw kids breakdancing in the late 70's and in this scene Charlie calls over to his bro Vinnie and asks him to play something so they can dance and Vinnie hits play on his boom box and this song starts playing-great scene, great movie, great song
