Lyon trams compilation (TCL, Rhonexpress, TER)

Lyon's trams come in many ways. There is the TCL main tramway system which is what you will see and probably use the most. There is the Rhonexpress which is an airport express tram that takes you from the airport to downtown. Lastly there is the TER tram train ouest lyonnais. This is a tram that runs in the suburbs of Lyon and is operated by the TER (france's national rail system). These 3 systems co operate to make a really efficient tram system. The TCL uses 3 physically different trams along it's 7 lines. It is what is most used and what best connects the city of Lyon. The Rhonexpress shares rails with TCL trams along it's trajectory. My personal favourite is the Tram Train Ouest Lyonnais. It uses Alstom Citadis Dualis trams and runs completely grade separated. If you ever go to Lyon I definetly reccomend using the tram system.
