Class 207. In this class, I teach a Basic Arm-bar Escape from Mount — a fundamental and highly effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu escape. This technique can be used in competition or free training anytime your opponent attempts an arm-bar from the mount position.
It’s a must-know escape that focuses on correct positioning, timing, and control to help you survive and turn the tables from a bad position.
