The massive warehouse on our property has officially been condemned, and this week we start preparing to bring it down. With structural damage beyond repair and only a short winter window due to migratory bird rules, we are working with demolition crews to take it down safely and reuse the good materials.

The real opportunity is what comes next. We met with contractors to reactivate the rail spur that connects directly to our shop. This rail line can bring in bulk parts, frame rails, logs, and commodities, and ship completed trucks across Canada. It also creates a new revenue source for Edison as we grow production.
