Our Yorkshire trip through the Dales takes us to Hawes, have we been here before? Ness can’t remember but I have a fabulous memory for places and realise that we have been through here before on our way home from our holiday in York, had we more time we would have spent more time here but we have to keep going heading back towards Shropshire.
Leaving Hawes we head south on the B6255, the road to Ingleton, it’s a wild environment with moorland surrounding us for mile’s around and beautiful scenery it is, would look even better on a sunnier day, as we head south we spot Ingleton Mountain, the second highest peak in the Yorkshire Dales standing at 2372 feet (723 metres).
