Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today, I'm super excited to take you on my fishing adventure at the beautiful Aurora Reservoir in Colorado. This reservoir covers over 30,000 acres of plains territory, with over 800 acres of water surface. It's one of the largest parks in the city and was named "The Best Park for Fishing" by Westword in 2012. Not only is it a great spot for fishing, but it's also a drinking water storage facility for Aurora.

For this trip, I used my trusty Daiwa Presso 6ft 2in XUL V rod, which is perfect for catching trout in the area. It's super lightweight, with a carbon content percentage of 84% and supports more area trout. The rod features a stainless steel frame-all SiC guide, which means there's less twisting trouble and a Brading X to suppress blank tip twist. It has a brilliant orange color that shines in the black blanks, giving it a stylish look. It's easy to use, even for children, and has both the performance and design that match the spinning reel of the same name.

Speaking of reels, I paired my Daiwa Presso rod with the Daiwa Presso Spinning Reel LT1000S-P. This reel is fantastic and has a max drag of 5kg, with a gear ratio of 4.9:1. It's lightweight, weighing only 145g, making it super easy to handle. It has 12 ball/roller bearings and a mono line capacity of 2.5-100 lbs-m and braided line capacity of 0.3-200 PE-m.

Overall, I had a fantastic time fishing at Aurora Reservoir, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're ever in the area.
