Sunny Day Railfanning Amtrak Capitol Corridor Trains at Davis Station Featuring Horn Shows (5/25/24)

This was my first time doing some railfanning at Davis Station despite there aren’t any freight trains roaming around. I took a ride in the Amtrak Capitol Corridor 728 train to Davis Station with 2 units I’ve never ridden with ever before. The 2 units are Cab Car 8307 & SC-44 2123. 2123 became the 4th SC-44 I rode with so far while the previous 3 SC-44s I rode with are 2104, 2107, & 2103. I railfanned at Davis Station until F59PHI 2005 picked me up while leading the Amtrak Capitol Corridor 749 train back to the Bay Area.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I got an “Shave & a Haircut” horn show from F59PHI 2001 while approaching the station.

PS: My apologies for the shakiness in the Amtrak Capitol Corridor 738 train arriving part as I accidentally filmed that in Slow Motion Mode, but I successfully found a way to change the speed of that clip back to normal. However, the FPS wasn’t the same as the rest of the clips in this video.
