Isle of Arran Distillers required a short documentary to screen at their visitor's centre. The aim of the film was to tell the story of one of Scotland's few remaining independent distilleries, evoking the landscape, character and history of Arran.

It had to be accessible to an international audience and showcase the range of whiskies produced. We spent seven days filming on the island and integrated animation, archive, time-lapse photography and an original soundtrack from solo artist John Lemke.
