Winter Wyvern Support 7.19 items that help positioning is the highly desire. I recommend starting Winter with windlace and other support items. Transition to boots.
0) Start with support items and windlace. WW is a slow moving beast and needs help.
1) item to go is Arcane boots. You need the mana for farming and for harass.
2) build the void stone and recipe too Aether lens. Disassemble your mana boots and build The Aether Lens. This given Wyvern the extra range and mana regen she really needs to be safer and catch people out of position and keep Winter safe.
3) Turn your boots into tranquils. Gives you much needed movement speed and sustainability going in and out of fights
4) Save for a blink. Blink is ideal. It helps Winter Wyvern save her allies, herself and helps you Winters Curse the enemy of your choice before they know what is happening.
5) you should be buying wards, smokes ect as needed from the begining. The mana boots and Aether lens should give Wyvern the mana she needs to farm effeciently with her spellls while roaming / protecting
