CHANGHUA, TAIWAN — A dangerous amateur stunt video from Changhua, Taiwan, has gone viral.

The video shows three teenagers using one scooter to pull a second scooter. The dangerous part is that the first unnamed teen is driving the lead scooter, the second teen is straddling the first scooter backwards and hanging onto the handlebars of the second scooter, the third teen is riding the second scooter and filming the entire escapade.

The three race down the street at break neck speed, laughing and telling other honking motorists to F-off.

Police who have viewed the video said that the three could be charged with reckless driving which has a minimum fine of USD $60 and a maximum of USD $730. The three are not only endangering themselves, but they are also endangering everyone they pass. If the driver lost control or if the second teenager lost his grip they could cause a serious crash.
