Hi guys! I wanted to make another anxiety/stress/comfort video with a more focused theme - and since graduation season is upon us, I thought I could focus this one on life changes! Whether it's graduating, starting a new job, moving, relationship changes, new family members... I hope this can help comfort and encourage you!

I wasn't sure what title to use for this video ... but the idea is that I'm a friend comforting and encouraging you about a life change you're going through, with lots of personal attention, pampering, affirmations, tapping, whispers, a little bit of reiki, and more.

Every person deals with change differently, so I would love to hear how you deal with it in a healthy way. :)
