It's Olive season in Australia, and this year I'm gonna be attempting to cure my own olives based on what I've learnt from my family, culture, food science degree, and some experts! Everyone is invited to the party.
First stop was to Mount Zero Olives where I attended an olive curing workshop. Very informative and gave us a chance to ask all our questions.
