In this PART 3 video, I will be showing more of the process of making Scarlett O Hara’s Barbecue Dress from Gone with the Wind. This video focuses on the making of the flounces (the ruffles that go around the top of the bodice), and of the bows. Although I did use a pattern for this dress, many modifications/alterations were made to make the dress more accurate. I will walk you through those as well.

This dress was brilliantly designed by Walter Plunkett, and I have been looking forward to making this dress for the past two years.
