Time to review another ramen! This time I'll be taking a look at a Sichuan-based ramen which features thick, broad noodles in a tangy and spicy sauce! It is a dry noodle with super simple cooking instructions and a flavour profile that packs a PUNCH! So happy to have stumbled upon these noodles while in the noodle aisle in Walmart - what a ringer!
