Update: At 7:13pm 5-11-2021 I connected to two computers that had reported the symptom earlier in the day. Both computers had been fixed apparently by Microsoft so there should be no more calls on this.

Today multiple clients called after lunch time all reporting they cannot see text in existing or new emails. When I searched the symptom I found Bleeping Computers had posted a solution just an hour before this video. My investigation on the first computer that I worked on for this problem revealed no record of any updates being installed today so I could not use the usual method of simply uninstalling a recent update.

This solution that I first found on BleepingComputer.com provided an easy to implement solution especially if you are comfortable with copy and paste from a webpage into a Dos prompt. This video shows how to perform the full solution for the problem and the commands are available below for copy and paste.
