In this video, I share how to integrating the three minds - conscious, subconscious & superconscious mind. And how this integration forms the basis for reclaiming your personal power and become a powerful creator in your life.


The three minds are usually not connected in most people. Each mind is working in its own volition & having its own agenda. Often that agenda is not aligned with what ‘you’ as a personality wants from your life.


In today’s video I show how to interconnect the three minds – Conscious, Subconscious and the Superconscious Minds. The first step to owning your power is to know you have one. My intention is that this video gives you a tangible sense of how to connect the three minds such that they align with each other through relative ease and grace.


Researching & creating this video changed me at a fundamental level. For it taught me, that even when we think we don’t have power – we still do. I hope this video connects many dots for you and helps you integrate your conscious, subconscious & superconscious mind.
