Oxtail recipe South Africa

Hello beautiful people. Welcome to THATO COOKS. Ingredients listed down below 👇

1.5 kg oxtail
2-3 tbsp sugar
a bit of water
1 onion, chopped
Half a green pepper and red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
1-2 tbsp thyme
3 Bay leaves
50g tomato paste
1 cup red wine/chicken stock
1 can tomato and onion mix / 2 grated tomatoes
2 cups beef stock, dissolved.
sweetcorn
salt n pepper for taste.
