📚Description: This past weekend, I met with the daughter of the original owner of this 1980 Gibson Les Paul Standard in ebony. Located in Michigan, this guitar was passed down from the Father to his son and then just recently to from the son to the daughter to pay for expenses and other things.

mid-late 70s thru early 80s Les Paul Standards are not my favorite. I much prefer the customs of the era because if I was going to get a "standard" - I'd go for a prehistoric or Heritage series Standard or a modern Standard over one of these. However, if you buy one of these at the right price they can be fun!
