Sansa's Lemon Mead (GoT Mead!)

Sansa's Lemon Mead. Game of Thrones Mead. Today we're making a Game of Thrones inspired mead from a recipe I found on AleHorn! (https://www.alehorn.com/blogs/blog/8-.... Sansa's Lemon Mead:

1 Gallon of Spring Water
2.5 Pounds of Orange Blossom Honey
5 Grams of Lalvin QA23
6 Juiced Lemons - Some lemon zest
1 Handful of Raisins
1/3 Gallon of Black Tea (I Used 3 Black Tea bags)
