In March 2024 I set about the task of riding as many locomotive hauled Talgo trains in Spain as possible, 3 days were set for this task as it involved some serious long distance moves & a lot of compulsory seat reservations! There are some short clips of locos at their stations where it wasn’t possible to get clips of them moving. Filmed from 16-18th of March, in order of appearance we see:

16th March:

1: 334 011 at Algeciras
2: 252 002 + 252 002 upon arrival at Madrid Atocha with the same train.

17th March:
3: 334 017 arriving into Madrid Atocha
4: 334 017 departing Alcazar De San Juan
5: 334 019 arriving into Alcazar De San Juan
6: 334 019 sounding good departing Madrid Atocha
7: Not technically a loco hauled train but still with power cars, Bi-mode 30-071 & 30-072 departing Oropesa De Toledo
8: 334 009 + 334 002 arriving into Oropesa De Toledo
9: 334 009 + 334 002 departing Madrid Atocha

18th March:
10: 252 035 at Barcelona Sants (later 252 053 took over for the run to Valencia)
11: 334 024 backs onto stock at Alicant Terminal
12: 334 023 backs onto the other end
13: 334 023 & 334 024 depart Elx Parc sounding fantastic!
14: 252 074 arrives into Alicant Terminal
15: 334 014 backs onto stock at Alicant Terminal
16: 334 014 & 335 015 depart Elx Parc
