Fire up your fat-burners with this anytime, anywhere light dumbbell workout! A pair of 5-10 pound bells with light up even the most fit peeps. The key to getting the maximum metabolic effect is to maintain peak velocity on each move.

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between moves:

1. Core Oscillations- Left
2. Core Oscillations- Right
3. Weighted Split Runner- Left
4. Weighted Split Runner- Right
5. Speed Split Jerks- Left
6. Speed Split Jerks- Right
7. Home Runs- Left
8. Home Runs- Right

That’s 1 round that takes 4 minutes to complete. Do a single round as a starter or finisher. Do 4-6 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
