Did y'all watch Bridgerton?

These strawberry shortcake cookies are so summery and fun I couldn't resist!

Definitely try these out! If you do, don't mix the shortcake crumble in as much as I did! I would also recommend baking them for longer. The recipe said 9-11 minutes for smaller cookies. I did 13, I think they would have been perfect at 15 minutes.

I will be making these again in the future, tweaking a few things here and there.
