Agile Hive bei Siemens Smart Infrastructure - T4AT 2022

In diesem Vortrag sprechen Yannick und Patrick von Siemens Smart Infrastructure IT darüber, wie das Tool Agile Hive dazu beiträgt, die Agilität ihres Unternehmens zu fördern. Vor etwa fünf Jahren wurden dort agile Methoden sowie Jira und Confluence eingeführt, um Sprints zu planen und die Zusammenarbeit zu verbessern. Später starteten sie ihre agile Transformation mit dem Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®. Mittlerweile planen drei Agile Release Trains ihre Program Increments auf Jira mit Agile Hive.

In this talk, Yannick and Patrick from Siemens Smart Infrastructure IT talk about how the Agile Hive tool is helping to drive agility at their company. About five years ago, they introduced agile methods and Jira and Confluence to plan sprints and improve collaboration. Later, they launched their agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®. Meanwhile, three Agile Release Trains plan their Program Increments on Jira using Agile Hive.
