How to Maintain Window Weeps and Trickle Vents

Most condominium homeowners associations require the homeowner to maintain the windows on their unit. That means cleaning the interior and exterior of the window, clearing out the window weeps, and using trickle vents to regulate moisture inside the unit. It's important to regulate moisture in your unit during normal usage like sleeping, showering, or cooking to ensure there is proper airflow and to prevent long-term water damage.
