For about the last 5 years I have done a whole bunch of POV (point of view) bicycle riding and racing related videos. In the time my go-to camera has been of the Garmin Virb variant. From the Garmin Virb, Garmin Virb Elite to the Garmin Virb Ultra 30. Each was a step in technology and produced what seemed to be some decent videos under the conditions I was using them in.

Some time ago I started reading the specs for the GoPro Hero 7 Black which had up to 4K stabilization etc. Finally pulled the trigger and bought one so here is comparison video from each camera at various settings

In this video, the GoPro Hero 7 and Garmin Virb Ultra 30 are set to standard out of the box settings at 1080p at 60fps with stabilizations set for both cameras.
