WinX_Diag is a new project that redesigns the concept of a Windows-based diagnostic environment from the ground up. Because it is based off of Windows 10 x64, WinX_Diag is able to run much newer and more updated software than Hiren's. As of right now, I'm not able to provide a download link, as the project is not finished yet. I would recommend following Matthias on Twitter if you're interested in getting updates about this project.
