So today we’ve got a fat burning challenge that’s gonna push you to your limits for incredible results.

Nez here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals with this week’s Faster Fat Loss™ workout. Today I’m running you through a full body fat loss challenge utilizing just a handful of basic exercises, circuit style training, and pitting you against yourself for the ultimate test of grit.

This is As Many Rounds As Possible: Full Body Workout Challenge!

Let’s get to it!

1:30 Workout Info:
For this workout you’ll perform 5 exercises in circuit fashion and complete 10 reps of each exercise.

That means you’ll perform 10 reps of exercise one then move on to exercise two and repeat until all 5 exercises are done.

You will have up to 60 seconds to rest and rehydrate with AminoFast between rounds before repeating the entire circuit.

Your goal is to complete as many rounds as possible before you drop.

If you make it 3 rounds, consider yourself a novice - you’ve got room to improve.

Last 5 rounds, you’re a well-conditioned intermediate.

8 rounds or more? You’re in the ranks of elite conditioning and performance!

Now let’s get to it!

2:10 Exercise #1: Push Ups
Setup in a plank position with your hands underneath your shoulders, feet together, body straight like a board - don’t allow your hips to sag or stick up in the air. Lower under control until your chest is just above the ground, then explosively push yourself back up to the top.

2:27 Exercise #2: Pull Ups
Grab the bar just outside shoulder width with an overhand grip, retract the shoulders and think pulling with your elbows trying to tuck them in your back pockets to engage the lats - Remember to work your back, not your biceps. If you can’t do pull-ups yet, use some bands to assist you until you're strong enough.

2:45 Exercise #3: Bodyweight Squats
Brace your core, chest up, back straight, keep your knees tracking out in line with your toes, and squat through a full range of motion, maintaining proper form. Drive through your heels explosively to the top! Fast, explosive concentric, slow controlled eccentric.

3:03 Exercise #4: Leg Raises
Lie on your back with your hands under your hips. Raise your legs up, toes pointed and tension throughout your entire core. Hold this position and keep your core engaged, then perform leg raises up and down about 6 inches. These will really light up your lower abs and challenge your core stability.

3:22 Exercise #5: Burpees
drop to the ground in plank position, body straight like a board, hop back to your feet and explode into the air - think speed and explosiveness with these.
