Jump lesson #7 - being forward and active (GoPro Headcam)

Coach - EMJ Equestrian Coaching

So this is the 3rd or 4th time jumping since lockdown, needless to say im abit rusty! I have a comp tomorrow (6/09/2020) so i thought i would be a good idea to have a lesson to get a confidence boost and just to generally get back into it.
This session we mainly focused on allowing Carrie to move forward and not to interfere with her to much (which is what i do when nervous!), it felt like we were going 100mph and very messy but actually Carries jump felt alot smoother and more natural. It was lovely!
I now just need to remember what my coach said and apply it tomorrow!
