All right, so we're going to be taking a tour of 1259 West Lake Street. A- this is unit 304. We're in Addison, Illinois. Nice grounds. They have, uh, ponds on either side and this is the entry to 1259 West Lake Street. Let's take a look at unit 304. All right, nice interior and we are going to head to unit 304. So let's take a quick look around. That's the entry of the unit, and as you walk in, directly to your right is your dining area. Nice-sized dining area. Those are the stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs which we'll check out. You have a nice breakfast bar. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets, and a pantry. So nice kitchen, granite countertops, which opens up to the family room, and again, this just gives you a nice panoramic view of the downstairs area. Remember that room over there is used as a sitting room right now- but it does have a closet in it, so you can use it as a bedroom and it has an attached bath. The nice thing about this unit is it has a first floor master bedroom with a full bath. Granite countertops. Nice master on the first floor. So let's go upstairs and take a look at the bedrooms upstairs. One of the nice things is you have two bedrooms on the first floor.
