If you do a proper pivot and a proper mazurka, chances are, you will have a better toe loop. Practice this way both to learn and to warm up for toe loops, regardless of rotations. Even the highest level skaters will benefit from these simple exercises to calibrate take-off position and action for single, double, triple, quadruple, or quintuple toe loops. The difference is a matter of degree. For quintuple, get stronger through a range of motion and use more speed, deeper edge, more free leg cross, more knee bend, and wider arm position.
