Hi again, it’s Jen and Mitko and we finally moved into our apartment in Plovdiv! In this episode, we share why Bulgarian honey is so special and talk about its different varietals (which means honey that is predominantly one type of flower nectar).

One of our missions to share Bulgaria with the world through honey. In line with this, we are featuring other products that Bulgaria is famous for (did you know that Bulgaria is the largest lavender producer and the second-largest rose oil producer in the world?)

You get a sneak peek on our creative product development process. All our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered, which means it has never been pasteurized (a process that kills off the natural enzymes and nutrients in honey). Tune in also to find out what in the world is FLUFFY honey!?!
