Coconut Sweet | حلوة جوز الهند

Ingredients:
• Two and a half cups of grated coconut
• A cup of sugar
• Two cans of milk (160 ml)
• Can of concentrated milk
• Rose water

Cooking method:
• Spread a little two and a half cups grated coconut
• We add a cup of sugar
• Leave it on low heat until it melts and is brown
• We add two cans of milk
• We add a can of concentrated milk
• Mix the ingredients until smooth
• We add the roasted coconut
• We add rose water as desired in the quantity
• Mix it until the ingredients are firm and a little heavier
• We decorate it with grated coconut
• Sweet is ready for health and wellness

طريقة الطبخ:
نشوح قليلا كوبين ونصف جوز الهند المبشور
نضيف كوب سكر
نتركة على نار هادئة حتى يذوب ويكون بنى اللون
نضيف علبتين من الحليب
نضيف علبة حليب مركز
نخلط المقادير حتى يتجانس
نضيف جوز الهند المشوح
نضيف ماء الورد على حسب الرغبة في الكمية
نخلطها حتى تتماسك المقادير وتثقل قليلا
نزينها بجوز الهند المبشور
الحلوة جاهزة بالصحة والعافية
