2021+ F150 LED DRL Outage Issue, Ballast Swap, Part 1

In this video:
I am swapping the LED Ballast Controllers on my headlights to see if the DRL issue follows the ballast (ie. a software or driver issue) or stays with the headlight (issue with the array). Pending the outcome of this, we will move to next phase of troubleshooting and repair.

Background:
2021+ F150s with LED DRL light arrays in the headlights are experiencing outages after very short lifespans. Most commonly (from what I have seen) it affects the vertical LED array in the passenger side headlight. I have NOT found much in the way of troubleshooting or getting to the root cause of the issue, nor any DIY fixes that may be available. Before I spend a bunch of money buying new hardware, I wanted to do my due diligence on troubleshooting this issue.
