The ICA sends agent 47 to the asylum to assassinate doctor kovacs. But this mission was a setup, arranged by agent 47's creator Dr. Ort-Meyer. When 47 sees dr kovacs he recognises him then kovacs tells 47 that dr. ort meyer runs experiments of clones. 47 then kills kovacs and then swat team arrives at asylum call by ort meyer. 47 then finds and rescues agent smith. After Agent smith recovers from drug effect he shows 47 ort meyers secret layer. When ort meyer sees 47 arrived in his lab he explains the story and then sends army of clones to kill agent 47, but 47 destroys all of the clones easily and then kills his creator doctor orty meyery.
