Cook BISAYA dishes to feed my big happy family | My slow life in the countryside!

My country is very rich in food culture. Every region, every province, every island has their own way of cooking. Every Filipino food differs from place to place and family to family because some of the ingredients aren't found on a specific place but they have another ingredients that they may use instead. Today, I cooked Bisaya dishes. For those who doesn’t know Bisaya people are one of the largest ethnolinguistic group in the Philippines residing in the Visayas and Mindanao group of islands. As an Ilocano from the north, it's so good to know how their food tastes like.
