Hello angels, hope the new year is going well so far! This is the first build of 2024, and I envision to release better and improved builds for you all! Today's build is a giant modern mansion on a small plot. It has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and it can fit a maximum of 12 people (basically a whole server lol unless you are in a neighborhood with higher capacity) so I believe that compared to all my other builds I've ever made, this one has the most rooms! -8 Bedrooms (3x master, 2 teen/older kid room, 1 shared room w/ 2 single beds, 1 nursery room, 1 toddler room)
-8 Bathrooms (some attached to bedrooms)

-3rd floor outdoor balcony
-1 garage (can fit around 2 cars)
-the house has a total of 3 floors.
(suitable for up to 4-5 people)

-advanced placing
-transform plus (not as significant, only used for one carpet and easier arrangement of pillows so it may be optional if you don't want custom carpet or can place pillows without)
(no basement gamepass, only small plot, no large plot)

73 94 77 - light mowed colored grass
the dark mowed grass is the default color earth green
186 169 153 - some of the walls, thin pillars, picture frames, ceiling
114 103 96 - floors, some walls, stairs
69 67 60 - contemporary arm chairs
