🥔 Creamy Vegetable Gnocchi Bake

This simple and cozy dish combines soft gnocchi, creamy sauce, and colorful vegetables — a perfect quick dinner for any day of the week! 💛

Ingredients:
• 500 g gnocchi
• 300 g zucchini
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 1/2 large tomato
• 1 carrot
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 200 ml heavy cream (30%)
• 100 g cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, or your choice)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Slice all the vegetables.
2️⃣ In a heated pan, add the vegetables with a little oil, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened.
4️⃣ Add the heavy cream and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring gently.
5️⃣ Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, until they float to the surface.
6️⃣ Transfer the cooked gnocchi into a baking dish.
7️⃣ Pour the creamy vegetable mixture over the gnocchi and mix lightly.
8️⃣ Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
9️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

💡 Tip: Add extra parmesan or herbs before serving for extra flavor!
