'Tis the season for stiffer suspension and higher heart rates. With the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross season just around the corner, riders and their teams are in a full sprint to dial in their settings. It's no question that the fall months are one of the most stressful time periods of the year for racers, even more so for riders such as Shane McElrath, who is entering the 2020 season aboard a new bike and with a completely different program. We went out to Milestone the other day and caught some of the action, as Monster Energy Star Yamaha's Justin Cooper and Shane McElrath put down some testing laps.
