Hi folks,

Today I'm sharing Chicken in red wine sauce. Easy and delicious dinner recipe.

Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:

• Boneless chicken breast - 1
• Salt - 1/2 tsp
• Pepper - 1/2 tsp
• Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
• Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
• Oregano - 1/4 tsp
• Oil - 1 tsp

For mashed potatoes:

• Boiled and mashed potatoes - 2
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Pepper - 1/2 tsp
• Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
• Milk - 1/2 cup
• Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
• Butter - 2 tbsp
• Sprong onion - 1 tsp

For wine Sauce

• Red wine - 250 ml
• Garlic pods 4 - 5
• Sugar - 1 tsp
• Bay leaf - 1
• Peppercorns 5 - 6
