A journey by Trivandrum Rajadhani Express - We were travelling from Eranakulam South Railway Station in Kerala to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station in Delhi. We booked our first class AC tickets in Kerala Rajadhani Express and started our journey at 10:30 pm from Eranakulam South Station. We were expected to travel by this train for almost 38 hours to reach Delhi.

Rajadhani express can operate at a maximum speed of 130 - 140 kmph. During our journey we experienced a maximum speed of 129 kmph (not necessary it was the highest speed during our journey, but it was the highest speed that we had noticed during the journey.)
