Freezer Find: Char Siu Ribs!!

Nothing like the freezer to issue me a challenge…. What to do with this rack of ribs? Chinese style spareribs are delicious, and it’s easy to make them at home! Give it a try.

Ingredients:
1 rack of baby back ribs
1/4 C sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs mirin or Shaoxing wine
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs hoisin sauce
2 tsp molasses
3 cloves garlic, minced
Optional 1/8 tsp red food dye
