In a related development - the National Environment Management Authority says it is investigating claims that a property developer is reclaiming a wetland by dumping soil and rocks in Lake Victoria at Busabala in Wakiso district. The developer in question has also reportedly grabbed about one acre of land that belongs to the Uganda Scouts Association at Kaazi camping site. NTV understands that this matter is currently in court.
