The summary tab is where you will find all of your feedback data organized visually to give you a quick overall report of how your organization is performing in terms of customer satisfaction. Starting at the top left, we have a module which converts the results from the smiley question type into a quantitative format. Any number above 70% is considered to be good. You have the total amount of respondents in the selected timespan, the amount of question responses, Your organization’s NPS score in the selected timespan, and the total number of responses in your organization to date.

Then we have graphs which show the amount of feedback you received and your customer satisfaction. These are generally good indicators of your overall performance and should be closely monitored.

Below that, we have a module which shows your feedback benchmarks broken down by day and hour.

And finally we have a chart which ranks your feedback channels by satisfaction level so you can see which of your feedback channels is performing the best.

The summary tab is great for when you want to get a quick overview of your customer satisfaction in one screen.
