First impressions of the Eyre Peninsula... why is it so windy?! – Episode 22

WHY IS THE EYRE PENINSULA SO WINDY!

We made it to the Eyre Peninsula, although we were not sure if it was the right decision. Man the wind really took it out of us. The beaches and clifftop camps are absolutely stunning but when the wind is high these camps can be treacherous especially with a rooftop tent and living outside full time. We put down the camera for a while and just focused on how to cope with these conditions, we then made a conscious decision to get up and get back on track.
